Our cottages are sold on a life right basis and entitle residents to the exclusive use of the cottage during their lifetime (depending on their health). When a life right is purchased, the occupant of the cottage and their spouse or partner attain the right to live there until the death of both occupants.

Life right ownership offers the following benefits:

• No bond registration, transfer fees or VAT are payable.
• Occupants are not responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the unit.
• In the case of both occupants passing away, the deceased’s estate receives back either the original purchase price, or a portion thereof (as agreed upon via contract).

We have a limited number of flats available to rent to independent elderly residents who do not require assistance with daily living. These residents can, however, make use of our catering, laundry and cleaning services,

Rooms in our main building are 3.00m x 3.50m in size. They are fitted with a built-in wardrobe, TV connection, power points, a wash basin with hot and cold water, and an emergency bell. Toilet and shower facilities (wheelchair-friendly) are shared. Residents may furnish their own rooms.

This unit caters for the needs of residents who require 24-hour specialised care. All rooms in this unit are furnished.
