There is no fixed waiting period. We place applicants in vacancies that are compatible with their needs and in the applicable department.  More information on this can be supplied during the application process.

The amount of care that is needed for Activities of Daily Living (ADL) is determined by a standardised assessment formula that we use on admission and thereafter annually, or when there is a significant change in the resident’s medical condition

Various social activities are offered, including English and Afrikaans church services, games evenings, monthly birthday bashes, music and dancing evenings, a knitting group, DVD sessions in the main lounge, and performances by school groups from the area. Gardening is facilitated within the capacity of the resident.
